Lisa Costa

Policy Coordinator

Lisa joined the Office of University Compliance in May 2023 as Policy Coordinator after working at UConn Health since 2018, first in the Registrar’s Office and more recently in the School of Dental Medicine’s Office of Academic Affairs. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Hartford. Lisa is skilled in process improvement and strategic planning, and in her role as Policy Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues across the institution to support policy process development and management.
