The Ethics Liaison serves as a link between the University/UConn Health and the Office of State Ethics. The Ethics Liaison is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the development of ethics policies as well as conducting annual education and training concerning the Code of Ethics.

Kimberly Fearney has been designated the Ethics Liaison for the University of Connecticut Storrs and Regional Campuses and UConn Health.

All ethics inquiries or questions regarding compliance with the State Code of Ethics for Public Officials, and/or the University’s and Health Center’s various ethics policies may be directed to:
