Kim has been with the University since 2012 and with the Office of University Compliance since 2019. As the Director of University Compliance, Kim provides day-to-day oversight and support to the University Compliance team. In her role, Kim provides regular guidance to the UConn and UConn Health communities related to compliance and ethics, assists in identifying solutions to complex compliance issues, conducts compliance investigations, collaborates with decentralized areas on compliance monitoring and education, and is responsible for the administration of the University’s Reportline. Kim is a two-time graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) through the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
