Assistant Director for Education and Development

Kayla has been with the University since 2012 and with the Office of University Compliance since 2023. As the Assistant Director for Education and Development, Kayla oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of compliance education, training, and development. Kayla also collaborates with University partners and subject-matter experts to analyze compliance learning needs and support the development of targeted education and training.

Kayla completed her undergraduate degree at UConn and her graduate work at Central Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
