Assistant Director for Education and Development
As the Assistant Director for Education and Development, Kayla leads the Compliance Education team, responsible for creating, implementing, and assessing the University’s compliance education, training programs, and communications. She collaborates closely with University partners and subject-matter experts to identify compliance learning needs and develop tailored educational initiatives that address those needs effectively.
Kayla has been with UConn since 2012, joining the Office of University Compliance in 2023. She holds an undergraduate degree from UConn and a graduate degree from CCSU. Kayla is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) through the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
