Assistant Director for Education and Development

Kayla has been with the University since 2012 and with the Office of University Compliance since 2023. As the Assistant Director for Education and Development, Kayla is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of compliance education, training, and development. In her role, Kayla also collaborates with University partners and subject-matter experts to analyze compliance learning needs and support the development of targeted education and training. She also supports the compliance monitoring program. Kayla completed her undergraduate degree at UConn and her graduate work at Central Connecticut State University.
