Diversity Awareness Training | This 3-hour session provides information pertaining to the federal and state statutory provisions concerning discrimination and hate crimes directed at protected classes, including remedies and resources available to victims. Additionally, this training session includes standards for working with and serving community members across globally diverse working, learning, and clinical environments. Sexual Harassment Prevention Training | This 2-hour session provides information pertaining to federal and state statutory provisions concerning sexual harassment, including remedies and resources available to victims. Additionally, this session addresses organizational risk factors and offers practical prevention strategies. New employees will gain awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and resources under the University’s Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment, and Related Interpersonal Violence, and develop tools to cultivate trauma-informed response practices to disclosures of sexual harassment, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking, in accordance with Responsible Employee reporting obligations. | All employees (regardless of payroll type) | Once upon hire and not less than every 10 years thereafter

Search Committee Training | This 45-minute session provides information designed to familiarize search committee members with the search process and requisite procedures at the University.
