UConn Graduate Assistant Compliance Training 2019/2020
All UConn Graduate Assistants are required to complete Annual Compliance and Ethics Training. The Office of University Compliance offers annual compliance training in order to provide UConn Graduate Assistants information to understand federal and state rules and regulations that may impact their responsibilities on campus or the business of the University as a whole. The training serves as a reminder of the principles of the University’s Code of Conduct including the core values of Knowledge, Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Professionalism. Additionally, this year’s training (2019/2020) includes information on the University’s compliance program, how to manage intellectual property, as well as some other important reminders.
Please note that consistent with Article 13 of the Graduate Employee Union contract, this training is considered part of the workload of graduate assistants. The training should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Those who do not complete training by the deadline will be referred to the Graduate School and Human Resources for disciplinary action.
